Written by Joss Whedon and Brian Lynch, art by Nick Runge, covers by Runge and Alex Garner.

Last issue, Angel and Gunn were reunited. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t go very well, and it’s about to get worse. Gunn’s master plan has comes to light, and it not only does it have horrifying repercussions for Angel and his friends, it could spell disaster for all of Los Angeles.

32 pages, $3.99.

  • Well, it certainly is a great picture. A reversal if you will from when Connor was born in the pouring rain, he now stands over his dad. Yea, that’s great except for one very big thing, if this means Angel dies in issue 12 you pretty much ruined it for me and everyone else who is not privy to this stuff prior to release.

On the other hand, months ago I read that Angel ATF WOULD go beyond the original 12 issues and so would not end with the 12th issue. If this is the case, then the picture is fantastic and I’m glad you printed it.

Cover 11 was a major spoiler too unless it is found out Angel was never human to begin with and was always and still remains a vampire. Only time will tell (or if it leaks out) what’s going to occur to Angel and the gang and I know I should stay away from the computer so as not to ever get spoiled but, that ain’t never gonna happen . It’s still a cool cover.
