Anthony Stewart Head of "Buffy" fame will be in the second series of Doctor Who. Head has already participated in several Doctor Who projects including BBC Online’s "Death Comes to Time" and Big Finish’s "Excelis" miniseries, and was among the many actors originally mentioned as contenders for the role of the Doctor in 2003/04.

Yay! Giles from Buffy (my all time favorite series) appearing on Doctor Who (which was my favorite before Buffy came out, so now I guess my 2nd or 3rd fav - Angel falling in there somewhere). :-) I wonder if he’ll play a Time Lord, ’cause I can totally see him as such...then again, Anthony Head could play any part! Now come on and do a Buffy project with Willow people!!! :-)
