Buffy Season 6 DVD - Synthesis.net Review

For seven years, Buffy The Vampire Slayer was consistently one of the best shows on television, with clever writing that rewarded faithful fans. Season six is now on DVD, but newbies really need to start at season one to get the scoop on the Scoobies. Season six is the darkest of all seven seasons with every member of the cast unhappy about something. Buffy’s friends bring her back from the dead only to find out that she was happy in heaven. Xander and Anya break up when he leaves her at the altar on their wedding day. Willow becomes a magic junkie and tries to destroy the world after her lover, Tara, is murdered. On a lighter note, in the musical episode “Once More With Feeling,” we learn how surprisingly well some cast members can sing.

Way to go spoiling the whole season for everyone. IMO s6 would have been good if not for the stupid drugs. I wish I knew which writer came up with it. And why Joss approved.

There actually weren’t any drugs, and therefore this person didn’t spoil the season. Junkie is not a term reserved only for drug users. Not to mention the fact that if people wanted to avoid spoilage, they should stick to WATCHING the seasons, not reading about them.

"Xander and Anya break up when he leaves her at the altar Willow tries to destroy the world after Tara is murdered." Thats what I meant about spoiling the season. and didn’t you watch? willow got addicted to drugs.
