She doesn’t look ahappy because she is supposed to act unhappy.

This is from an episode called "Belonging." Cordy is all happy cause she gets a part in a comercial, but the producer is only intrested in her body, not her acting ability.

"I didn’t hire you to play Ophelia. Show the clevage - say the line, got it?"
