When I uploaded this file to Megaupload to share it with users of another forum, I didn’t know how limited are the download options from there. When I realized that (I couldn’t get to download the file I uploaded there myself!), I used WinRAR for packing the file in 20MB volumes, uploaded these parts to Keepmyfile and included download links to my post on that forum.
Since this link appeared here without my participation or knowledge :D and without the second download option, I’m giving these links to you now:

So if you have problems with Megaupload, download these files and use WinRAR (shareware) or 7-Zip (free software under GNU LGPL) to un-pack this video.
There is also an option to get it via ed2k P2P (that’s where I found it):
