Fireball At Taurus Stunt Awards Show Destroys Stage

A stunt, which was performed at the fourth annual Taurus World Stunt Awards at Paramount Studios, created a bigger fireball than had been planned and resulted almost in the total destruction of the platform stage.

Towards the end of the show co-host Carmen Electra pulled a cigar from host Dennis Hopper and threw it at a predetermined arae, where it should have ignite in a mock explosion, but instead produced a fireball, whose heat was felt in the first row of the crowd.

Nobody was injured and the stunt even thrilled the crowd, including Sarah Michelle Gellar, and there were just a few, who realized that it had gone awry.
