Tony Todd is the ’Shadow Puppet’ master.

Fangoria have reported that Tony Todd’s (Candyman) next venture will be titled Shadow Puppets, a new fright film currently rolling in LA. Actor James Marsters (Angel), Jolene Blaylock (Star Trek: Voyager), Mark Winnick and Diahnna Nicole Baxter co-star. Michael Winnick writes and directs, with Bob Crowe and Ross Goldfarb producing and Morris Ruskin serving as executive producer.

Shadow Puppets opens with a group of disparate people who awake in a facility and have no recollection of who they are or how they got there. While trying to find a way out of the locked facility, they are hunted by an ominous dark shadow.
