(AHN) - Former child actor Macaulay Culkin is set to star in "Sex and Breakfast," a dark comedy written and directed by Miles Brandman. His co-stars include actors Alexis Dziena, Kuno Becker and Eliza Dushku.

Producing the film are Steven Brandman, Chip Diggins and Andy Adelson.

The film is about a couple who consult a therapist regarding their sex problems. The shrink suggests group sex as a therapy.

"I read a lot of material and loved this script," Culkin said. "It’s really about the pressure that leads them to experiment, the anticipation leading up to the event and then the fallout."

The film follows Culkin’s last film since 2004’s "Saved!"
