Premise:

"Twin Peaks" and "Rosemary’s Baby" are among the touchstones for this supernatural soap opera, in which a young woman mysteriously comes ashore in a sleepy beach town and proceeds to rattle a number of its residents. She’s searching for her mother, but the her real father’s identity is the true shocker.
