  It’s not a fake.she really did shoot it that way.I presume it was a compromise because the producers did want her to do it topless looking at her from the front but she didn’t..

  That scene is real, you can watch part of it at the end of the movie, during the end titles, and it’s all included in the deleted scenes section of the DVD.

  This is not a fake. There is however a fake version of this, with a full frontal, but this one is real. Maybe michelle used a body double at the end, but it’s more likely she used a pair of pasties instead. In a perfect world, someone would have hidden a camera in front of her...
