I hate people like you ... plastic surgery should be outlawed in the world. SMG to me is perfect, she should not change anything. I hate all these lovely women getting boob jobs, nose jobs and ass jobs. Women need to just realize there not going to appeal to everyone. Stay natural, someone is going to find you beatuiful just the way you are.

Sarah doesn’t look like anybody else out there. There’s no need to. She looks great, thank the nose. On the plastic surgery front, yeah it’s meant for people with serious problems, and people who get in accidents, not self esteem problems. Not much else to say, except freakin right todd!

i like her nose, it’s cute, and until u meet her in person then shut the fuck up bout her nose, its not bad at all in real life, and neither is she, she’s a real sweety. So evry1 that thinks shes a bitch then keep quiet, the people who actually know her are the ones u shud listen to, so please just SHUT THAT HOLE IN UR FACE! ps. evry1 that loves sarah for who she is are the best fans around, thank you.
