Word has it you’re pals with shoe guru Manolo Blahnik. How did you meet ?

One day, a couple friends and I went into Bergdorf just to get out of the rain.

A man who works there, who I know, he said, “Mr. Blahnik is here signing autographs and doing sketches. You have to come meet him.”

And there was this big line of women, and I thought, This is going to be so embarrassing, he’s going to have absolutely no idea who I am!

So I’m waiting for this blank look from him, and he’s like [imitating his Spanish accent], “It’s Sarah Michelle! I love the Buffy!” He was so lovely.

He sketched a shoe and signed it, and it actually hangs in my closet.
