Can anyone lend Sarah Michelle Gellar a zimmer-frame? It seems the nubile vampire slayer is feeling a bit old.

At the grand old age of 28. Phew-ee have a sit down love.

The Daily Express report that her early beginnings in the business of ’show’ has led to the monster-kicking madam’s feeling of early antiqueness.

“I’m 28 this year but I’ve worked since I was four and in Hollywood 28 is like 70 everywhere else,” she explains in a quote taken from man’s mag Esquire.

Must be the air round LA way, eh?

“When they bought Michelle Trachtenberg into Buffy,” she goes on, “a newspaper said that I must be getting old as they were bringing younger person in.

“I almost cried - I was only 23!”

ok she was 26 when buffy ended—that was last year 03—and michelle was added to the cast in 2000 —that would make sarah 23 at the time..

I think this is a case of confusion of British age versus American age. See in the UK, when you’re born, you’re considered 1 year old. So on your first birthday, one year after you were born, you turn 2!! In the US you’re 0 until your first birthday when you turn 1. So in America she’s 27, but in the UK she’d be 28 (notice this is a UK article). Weird, huh??

She said she was 23 when Michelle trachtenberg (Dawn) entered the show,not when Sarah first started the show! :)

Hello!?!?!?!? Who on God’s good Earth told you that in the UK you are 1 the day you are born!?!?!?! Speaking as an Englishman with a newphew and niece (my niece being 3 months old and in no way considered to be 1) I can assure you that this claim is absolute nonsense. In the UK you are 0 on the day of your birth!

How the hell can you be born and be 1 years old ?lololololololollolol(Sorry coulnt stop laughting) When some one is born (And the day has passed )that would make them one day old....NOT 1 year old and thats every where in the world.....Bloody hell.

In China you’re considered 1 year old when you’re born, or at least that was the system when my parents were born.

The "age 1 at birth" thing IS in fact common in most Asian countries, but NOT in the Western hemisphere, and definitely not in the UK.

WHAT!?! I’m from the UK, and when we are born we are also 0 until our first birthday... Im trying to think of any country where that is different but can’t - because what you said was absolute crap.
