Sony will be releasing The Grudge 2 on DVD come February 6, 2007 in two different versions: the theatrical cut and an unrated cut that will contain six additional minutes worth of material.

Starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, Amber Tamblyn and Jennifer Beals, the sequel picks up where the first Grudge left off, with Karen’s (Gellar) younger sister Aubrey (Tamblyn) coming to Japan and becoming the next victim haunted by a supernatural curse. The regular edition DVD will come with three featurettes ("Story Development," "Ready When You Are, Mr. Shimizu" and "East Meets West"), deleted scenes and a montage reel while the unrated version comes with all that and a bonus introduction from producer Sam Raimi and another featurette ("Holding a Grudge: Kayako and Toshio").

Missing from both versions will be the featurette "Only Pretty American Girls Live in Japan."
