Well......the eyes are different shapes and color. The noses are different. The mouth and chin are a completely different shape and SMG is a brunette. I am so glad that I don’t buy People Magazine!

Compared? There is no comparing to be done! Sarah never had surgery. She’s talented as said and in the sense that unlike Ashlee, Sarah CAN sing. How dare People magazine remotely even suggest people compare the two. It’s an insult to Sarah.

could see swolleness under her eyes and bandage marks. Also, she went from horrible buck teeth to perfect teeth. I told them apart easily, Sarah’s hooked beak is easy to spot a mile away.

If you read the subject line you’ll see the whole purpose of this was to compare them physically... not professionally.
They are easily told apart by features mentioned in previous comments. But they both have very stunningly similiar smiles.
Whether they reached the "look-a-like" status via plastic surgery or not they are both beautiful women.
This photo comparison just proves it.

Sarah looks so different in this picture. So does Ashlee. I think the magazine more thank likely did some editing to the pics. As far as talent, Sarah and Ashlee both have talents, but Sarah kicks ass in the acting world. I think Ashlee has well... decent music, but now she’s a blonde and got all tan and looks like a barbie. like her slut sister. it’s disappointing. i used to like her. oh well. SARAH RULES!!!!!!!!!!! BUFFY LIVES!!!!!!!!

Sarah is a terrible singer, which is why just about all of what she sang in OMWF was very heavily synthesized. She sounded like the eighties.

Ashlee has had a lot of surgery done. Sarah hasn’t so i do not see how she can be compared to Ash. I love both but it really is unfair to compare them. They really have no links. Ash looks the way she does thanks to doctors. Sarah looks like she does due to mother nature.
Ashlee is more like her sister Jessica but who knows how they really are. We are not to judge.

Ashlee Simpson had plastic surgury and is 22. She’s at her prime of her beauty.

Sorry, But I don’t understand, what’s so ugly on Sarah’s Nose. I think she has a beautiful nose, and If I could change my nose into another I would chose hers.
