Boo-hoo! Scooby Doo star FREDDIE PRINZE JUNIOR filed a lawsuit against his former manager in Los Angeles yesterday. Prinze, who is married to ex-Buffy star SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR, claims bad business advice cost him “hundreds of thousands of dollars”.

FLEECING OF FREDDIE: Actor Freddie Prinze Jr. says bad financial advice cost the "Scooby-Doo" star hundreds of thousands of dollars. In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Prinze - better known as Mr. Sarah Michelle Gellar ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer") - claims his manager told him to hire an accountant who wasn’t really a certified public accountant. A bad bit of tax advice allegedly cost Prinze $200,000 in foreign tax credits and more than $700,000 over the past four years. Prinze, 28, could be a little strapped for cash. "Scooby-Doo 2" was, ahem, a dog, bringing in only $83 million. His upcoming work includes cartoons "Happily N’Ever After" and "Delgo."
