Plot :

The film is set in a world where people are implanted with a chip that records their lives. Williams will play a Cutter, an individual who has final cut on the recorded history of his clients. In his latest assignment, he has discovered a window into his own dark history and has set off a chain reaction that has put his life in danger.

Omar Naim’s The Final Cut is startlingly different than a conventional science fiction film.
