I’m not surprised that something like the IMDb incident might happen. IMDb is overrun by trolls and does pretty much nill to try to control the abuse. It’s sad to see some of the mean things people post in hopes of stirring up buzz, it really is, but they do. I mean, one guy has been posting that he’s pre-viewed the Wonder Woman movie, you know, the one Joss Whedon hasn’t even started writing the script for, so you know you can’t believe everything you read.
Especially about someone like Jewel. She can be brash at times, but she’s right, she’s no homophobic. Anyone as active in AIDS (...)
