Here are six reasons why TV kicks ass right now.
No. 1: WEEDSo n Showtime — Showtime continues to be the red-headed stepchild compared to HBO. But, with all those Emmy nominations for Huff, and the premiere of the terrific dark comedy Weeds, Showtime is moving out of HBO’s shadow.
No. 2: IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILDELPHIA on FX: Finally, a sitcom that doesn’t feel like it’s been run through a network focus group. It’s so wrong, it’s brilliant.
