if you look in the 2nd hq version you can see the outline of what looks like a pack of cigarettes at the bottom of the white bag and a lighter in her left hand. in the 1st hq, it looks as if the photographer caught Sarah in the act as she seems to be motioning with her right hand as if to signify she was buying a pack of smokes
