Theres no connection TO Buffy, just that its similar. Both have strong, blonde, female leads who are very sarcastic. Theres witty dialogue, well fleshed out characters, involving storylines. The only thing it doesnt have is demons and the supernatural. Buffy fightrs vampires while Veronica fights real people. I still think Buffys better, but Veronica Mars is a close second.
