1997: Official Playstation Magazine is launched. It’s the only Playstation magazine to include a demo disc, as well as the only magazine to be licensed by Sony. Would Sony license Nintendo Power if they were given a chance, just for the free press? Could they just come out and say, "yeah, we’re good with Nintendo Power - now get us on the cover already."
