Buffy The Vampire Slayer star Charisma Carpenter is "too poor" to pay for her divorce from ex-husband Damien Hardy.
The 37-year-old actress married Hardy in October 2002 and the couple became parents to son Donovan Charles, now four, the following March, before announcing plans to divorce last month.
