The character of Spike had like the 3rd or 4th most major character progression on the show(s)! How can you claim JM can’t act? He went straight from being a Big Bad in Season 2, to neutered in Season 4, to confused in Seasons 5/6, to repentent/crazy in Season 7... and beyond that once on AtS.
I’m not a die hard Spike fan or Spuffy shipper... Just recognizing talent when I see it. Me thinks perhaps you are jealous all the girlies want him :)
