Oh puh-lease! Eliza hasn’t had any work done! I’m pretty sure the 2nd pic is a newer one. She has just fatten up a bit and grown up. Maybe she didn’t even "got a tan", it could be just the picture’s brightness/contrast. Get a clue silly people!
