The premiere of ABC’s LOST was not deserted when 18.7 million viewers tuned in to watch the 48-remaining passengers survive their first night on a mysterious island in the south pacific. Coming from the imagination of J.J. Abrams (Alias) and Damon Lindelof (Crossing Jordan) the drama scored a 6.8 rating with adults 18-49 becoming the largest premiere draw since Murder One back in 1995.
