DOGS may be man’s best friends but they now have a "guardian angel" looking out for them. David Boreanaz, star of Studio 23’s hit show "Angel", appears with his dogs, Fritz and Bertha Blue, in a new billboard ad aimed at saving dogs that spend their entire lives chained in backyards.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and Philippine Animal Welfare Society (Paws) are teaming up to launch the campaign.
