Where Scary Movie took all the horror out of the genre, Date Movie (Fox, €21.99) attempts to do the same, and this time the subject is romance.
Julia Jones (Alyson Hannigan) meets Mr Perfect, Grant Fockyerdoder (Adam Campbell) and then it all goes pear-shaped.
It's an anti-romantic film. Predictable at times, this send-up of romantic comedies parodies some cliched film moments, but also delivers dollops of humour.
