In the alternate world that Booth (David Boreanaz) dreamed up in his comatose state in the controversial Bones season finale, he and Bones (Emily Deschanel) were a happily married couple, running a nightclub called the Lab with the cast of the characters from Bones showing up as varying alternate characters. We saw Sweets as a rock star, Angela as the nightclub hostess, Booth's brother Jared as a detective and more wackiness.
We all assumed it was a onetime dream sequence, right? Well, show (...)

 <dc:subject>Tv Series 2005-09 : "Bones"</dc:subject>

'Bones' season finale recap: Zzzzzzz...WHOA?!
I'll admit it: I'm not a patient viewer. I like things to make sense for the full hour, which could be why the first thing I wrote in my notebook watching Bones' Season 4 finale was "WTF is Hodgins rambling on about?" If you're not gonna make sense, then you at least have to give me clever dialogue and new insights to keep me playing along. That's where the episode went wrong for me: Maybe the dialogue was purposely confusing or cliché at times (...)

This was an alright Playoff experience. We opened up the series great! The fans were pumped, the orange T-shirts were on and everyone was amped up and loving life. Prior to game 6, I knew we were going to go to 7.
Game 5 was a big win for us. We shut down Malkin and Crosby, controlled the puck and established ourselves for a potential game 7. We did what we had to do in Pittsburgh and won the game 3-0. Biron played great. He stayed out of the box and basically did what we had to do. Like (...)

Ghost Writer DVD Review
This stagy horror/melodrama could have used a ghost director.
US, December 23, 2008 - Just a few years ago, it seemed like Alan Cumming was going to be a big rising star. With X2 under his belt, it seemed like his potential to become a Hollywood leading man, or at least a quirky character actor, was limitless. Sadly, Cumming turned down the third X-Men film and went off to lesser work like Son of the Mask and one more Spy Kids film. His career has since faded into (...)

 <dc:subject>Tv Series 2005-09 : "Bones"</dc:subject>

When John Francis Daley was tapped to play a shrink on Fox's Bones this fall, he had never seen the show, now in its third season.
But after he watched a few episodes, Daley says, he liked the fact that Bones— a comedic drama about an elite team of forensic scientists who solve seemingly unsolvable murder cases — wasn't strictly a nuts-and-bolts whodunit and that it also went for laughs and romance.
"So many of these procedural shows take themselves so seriously," says the (...)

 <dc:subject>Tv Series 2005-09 : "Bones"</dc:subject>

Bones is back. The tales of an ordinary best- selling novelist-cum-forensic anthropologist devoted to reconstructing, in the Jeffersonian Institute, skeletal human remains brought to her by Angel from Buffy - now masquerading as FBI man Seeley Booth - have begun their third series on Sky One.
I am very fond of Bones. Partly because there is always pleasure in beholding something that is quite so shamelessly derivative (in this case, of CSI and all 82bn of its franchises), partly because (...)

 <dc:subject>Tv Series 2005-09 : "Bones"</dc:subject>

The success of Bones very much rests on the two lead characters, who are anything but alike.
THE CSI franchise may be leading the forensic science field on television, but other series that do use science to drive their plot are not doing too badly either. One of these is Bones, which features a forensic anthropologist and her team at the (fictional) Jeffersonian Institute in Washington DC solving FBI cases. The series has grown so popular that it was renewed for a third season while it (...)

 <dc:subject>Tv Series 2005-09 : "Bones"</dc:subject>

Love under wraps
WHEN a TV show develops around a will-they-or-won't-they pre-romantic pairing, audiences try to enjoy the ride, all the while fearing several possible conclusions.
The example most frequently mentioned is the fate of David and Maddy on Moonlighting, a couple with splendid chemistry until they actually started hooking up.
On one extreme, you get Ross and Rachel, who got together so early on Friends that they were back-and-forth for 10 frustrating seasons.
At the other end, (...)
