Main thing about Hex is that it is trite crap. It lacks any value and thinks it is "adult" because they say "rug muncher". Yawn.

Too right. ’Hex’ is/was is for primary schoolers. The plotting is juvenile.

"HEX" is diffrent.(But some times a bit boring and over the top)..HEX still has nothing on "Buffy The Vampire Slayer "Which is just right and still a top notch Tv series. The best thing is "BUFFY" can be watched by the young or old alike...Guess thats why it lasted as long as it did...it had a bit of every thing..and easy to follow....give me buff buff any day.

I wish this show had never had the misfortune of being mentioned in the same breath as Buffy. I am from the UK, and have seen all the series of Hex, and the show should be seen from it’s own perspective, rather than being saddled with having to live up to Buffy. Let’s face it, no show can do that. And Hex was never supposed to be Buffy in the first place.

The first series is nowhere near as good as the second, so give it a chance: There are a whole load of fantastic snappy one-liners and some fine acting to come. Jemima Rooper is brilliant, and very very funny. As was mentioned, it has a fine soundtrack (ie no Coldplay!), it is very dark, and very different to anything I have seen on TV.

Aye, I know there are loads of differences between the UK and the US, but hey, we appreciate all of your better exports without changing a thing about them, so how about you give just this one a chance?

Oh, and for the record, I prefer hockey to cricket, and bands with testicles to Coldplay, as do many of us!!

Seems to me that Anon is a tad juvenile themselves. Plot above you, perchance?
