It looks like a fruit smoothie to me. And considering that her friend is drinking some vitamin drink, I doubt she would be drinking something alcoholic. As for the smoking... Yes, that is disappointing, but it’s her life. In the short term, her skin is going to age faster than it otherwise would have and her lung capacity will be decreased. In the long term, she’s putting herself at risk for all kinds of cancers (not just lung cancer) as well as emphysema. If her addiction is more important to her than the health risks, then, as far as her smoking goes, there’s nothing that can be done for her right now.
