i think its great he returns to TV. I’m hurt cause its going to be weird not seing him as Angel, but I’m a big David fan and I rather see him in another TV show than not see him at all. And I honestly don’t think Angel will come back, and its not his decision (although I wish Angel did come back for a 6th season)

I think its great...But I thought thats why he ended Angel, because he wanted to do big screen movies....Now he wants another tv series....??(Confused )

its his decision: he didnt really say he wanted to get away from television, rather get away from a character he’s played for 8 yrs. The WB decided to can the show, so that was all their fault, nothing to do with Boreanaz. the movie of the week idea sucks, i’d rather have no angel, and a successful cast (in other stuff) than a few of these things...

It wasn’t David that ended Angel, it was the idiots at WB. I have the feeling David was being magnanimous when he said it was difficult doing a series, I think it was a case of trying to leave with a little dignity after the dreadful treatment he and the rest of those concerned with Angel recieved from the WB.

As for a new cop show? I’m not sure, but at least we’ll get to see David.
