wow...talk about some serious manipulations on SMG - I’m surprised they would do that...b/c it looks obviously fake.

Wow. Beautiful artwork. I didn’t originally care much for the cover, but it goes well with the inside art. Good choice of quotes, too. If I have one complaint, it’s that as much as I’m happy to see Anya/Xander on there, I would also have loved to have seen Giles, and Willow/Kennedy.

Just my two cents.

Someone needs to sack the person who messed around with the heads in the picture of Buffy and Faith. I’m only just learning photoshop at college and I could do a better job than that. In fact even though the first three pics and the pic of the master look fine, it looks like someone went totally ott on photoshop for the other pics! The last one is just messy.

the other arts are good, but the cover art.. god!! i hate it!! Why %!$@%() spike!!!????? is the last season is not just spike!!! it have to have all characters or i don’t know!! anyhting but not SPike , i understand the Angel 5 season cover...about spike (not happy with it..cuz u know fred, blah blah) but..this makes me want kill myself!

These have got to be the ugliest pieces of "proffesional" art I’ve ever seen! Why did they change James’ and Sarah’s eye color? What’s with the crappy manipulations?! I could have done so much better, and I’m just a novice. Sheesh, these suck. At least the content is good.

I disagree. Yes, the entire season wasn’t about Spike, but a great deal of the plot was. It was his journey from monster to man, coming full circle with a soul. That’s all I’m going to say about that because I want to move on.

So yeah, let’s focus on the bigger picture here - how crappy those manipulations are. First of all, it’s sad that they even *had* to create manipulations for a boxed set, and secondly - I’m a freshman in college, and I could do better than that. Whoever designed the covers needs to be fired and never hired again. The Faith and Buffy one, and then the last one with a S4 head and her S7 body are just horrible.

True, Season 7 wasnt all about Spike but his character had a big role in the season, thats why he gets to be on the boxset along with Buffy. LIke season 6, with Xander and Willow...

now... the manips...oh goodness... i swear my dear tech teacher in high school can do better then that...specially the last pic...oh god.. they are ugly

I hope to God these are pretend, i have a hopeful feeling they might be, something a fan whipped up to give a general idea of how it might look. *prays to God that I’m right*

I think the best work was the Xander/Anya one. The Spuffy one wasn’t that bad either. I’m glad they put Xander even though he had no plot in season seven, I’m just glad they did.

I agree, the last season should have been about the core Scoobies, Buffy, Xander, Willow and Giles.

I’m glad Spike and Buffy are on the cover in season 7 (Love Spuffy), and the pictures of Xander/Anya, and Spike/Buffy inside are also good but the manipulations inside are quite bad. I’ve seen some fans do manipulations online that are better then these.. but it doesn’t matter I bought this season because I love BTVS and season 7 not because of the artwork.

They even got the quote wrong, that one about demons and vampires being nothing compared to whats coming is frmo Storyteller, not Lessons, all that was going on in Lessons was zombies at the highschool, they had no idea about th First or any of that. Stupid people, you’d think they’d bother to get those right.

the quote is from lessons, it doesn’t say that it’s spoken by the first.
