David Boreanaz was the first Buffy cast member to do a scene completely nude - in Faith, Hope and Trick when he returned from hell.
Whenever Oz changed into a werewolf before, he remained partially covered, as did Buffy when she was turned back human after being a rat in Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered.
