Weired dress..It looks more like a skirt hitched up and made into a dress...Isnt the top half uncomfortable..It looks like a chest band that they used for judy garland to make her boobs appear not formed..to make her look like a little girl..Sarah look flat chested....Sorry But I hate that dress..If that is what it is ???Question is,Why is she wearing these sort of gowns..Its like shes hiding some thing.. ????
