They have also confirmed that Christian Kane (Lindsey in Season 1 & 2 of Angel) is in Episode 10 and is playing the role of ’Sean’.

In addition, the Buffy/Spike sex scene will be done with a double (no surprise there).

In Episode 11, we will learn that Buffy is in Europe (Italy) and that she is unaware that Spike is alive. Spike, for his part, doesn’t want the news getting back to her either. They also mentioned that Spike’s surgery should be successful, but may keep him sidelined for a while.
