Angel End Of Season Spoilers

Tuesday 6 May 2003, by Webmaster

Who would have thought that a fantasy series about demons, vampires, and wicked goddesses could grapple with such themes as free will and make each hour a mini-morality play? But that’s exactly what "Angel" has done this season. You are going to love the season finale (Wednesday, WB, 9 p.m.) It’s an amazing hour that sets the show in a new direction, has a shocking ending (but not the one you may be looking for), leaves many, many questions, and gives Angel a real reason to go to Sunnydale. Plus any episode with Lilah is a good episode. Also look for Jonathan Woodward, who played Holden the vampire/pseudo therapist to Buffy in the episode "Conversations with Dead People." We won’t know until May 13 if "Angel" will return for a fifth season. But it deserves to. Now more than it ever did.
