Artists’ Alley at Comic‑Con 2005

artist working in Artists’ Alley As a courtesy to professional artists, Comic‑Con provides a number of tables in the Artist’s Alley portion of the Exhibit Hall as a place for artists to meet their fans and sell their original artwork.

Comic‑Con was the first comic convention to offer an Artists’ Alley, and for over a decade table space has been provided to qualifying artists for free.

The number of tables available is limited, and the demand is high, so the space is usually filled well in advance. First priority is given to the officially invited guests, and others are selected through a juried entry.
