Details of the DVD release of season six have been announced. All 22 episodes are in widescreen with a bumper pack of added extras. There are a couple of featurettes including an overview of the whole of season six called Life Is The Big Bad, a special Karaoke Sing-Along from the musical episode and a couple of out takes reels showing the cast in full clanger mode. Director audio commentaries are available for the episodes, Bargaining, Grave, Hell’s Bells, Normal Again, Smashed and for the musical episode Once More, With Feeling. Buffy also gets the serious academic treatment with a one hour special panel discussion from the Academy Of Television Arts And Sciences included as an additional feature.
