And that was because of...all together now...American Idol, and a better than expected Bones from 8-9 p.m. Opposite a dominant Wednesday edition of NBC’s Deal or No Deal, Bones opened with a competitive second-place 7.6/12 in the overnights, 11.08 million viewers and a 4.0/11 among adults 18-49. Deal or No Deal won the 8 p.m. hour with a 9.4/14 in the overnights, 14.84 million viewers and a 5.1/14 among adults 18-49.
