For those who can’t see the video and want to know...

The video shows Echo in the imprinting room, only she’s wearing street clothes and Topher asks if she wants a treatment, not Boyd. Then she gets in the chair and we see there’s someone else in the room... Ballard. Topher says he’s imprinting Echo so that she can speak another language. Ballard says something I can’t quite understand, and Topher says Ballard knows what he’s doing, which seems to imply that Ballard is undercover as a client, perhaps. But wouldn’t Topher know what Ballard looks like? Anyway, then Echo wakes up and speaks a foreign tongue. Topher can’t understand her. Then she goes to leave and there’s a guy dressed in a bear suit. That’s the supposed prank.
