Firefly

Though most fans of the Whedon series Firefly and the Whedon adaptation Serenity are praying for a second season or a sequel, they may just have to do with this compilation of outtakes... for now.

Similar to the f*ck reel that appeared for Peter Jackson’s King Kong, the latest compilation for Firefly is filled with outtakes, bloopers, swearing and other lines of dialogue that would have never made it past the censors.

In the distant future, Captain Malcolm ’Mal’ Reynolds is a renegade former interstellar officer now turned smuggler/rogue whom is the commander of a small spacecraft with a loyal hand-picked crew making up of first mate Zoe Warren; pilot Hoban ’Wash’ Washburn; gung-ho grunt Jayne Cobb; engineer Kaylee Frye; fugitives Doctor Simon Tam and his psychic sister River, where they travel the far reaches of space in search of food, money, and anything to live off of.

Head on over to YouTube and get ready to chuckle. If you are a fan of the series, expect to experience some Firefly euphoria.

I have been keeping my ear open on any updates for either a second season of Firefly or a sequel to Serenity and, so far, nothing has yet to develop.
