UNTITLED OUTKAST PROJECT (HBO, New!) - OutKast’s Andre 3000 and Big Boi are said to be close to landing a deal to star in a new musical for the pay channel. Bryan Barber, who helmed the band’s memorable videos for "Hey Ya" and "The Way You Move," wrote and will direct the project, a full-blown singing and dancing musical that will inject contemporary music into a period tale. Broadway veteran Hinton Battle is also said to be on board to choreograph the $15 million telefilm.
