Angel

Fans of the "Buffy" and "Angel" novels will be very familiar with John Passarella, author of Ghoul Trouble, Avatar and Monolith (respectively). John is involved with Matthew’sMiles.org founded when his son Matthew was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The First Annual Matthew’s Miles Walkathon was a great success! With 150 walkers and wonderful volunteers during this inaugural event and auction, MM raised over $20,000 for brain tumor research funded by the American Brain Tumor Association.

David Boreanaz recently called John to help contribute the "Angel" 100th episode script also signed by members of the Angel cast. Being a Philadelphian hometown boy, this was a chance for David to give back to his community in a very special way. CityofAngel.com would also like to encourage fans to log-on and join the online charity auction to win some amazing items and help find a cure for these children! Julie Benz also donated from her personal collection of Inkworks Trading Cards.
