It made sense for Cordy to be on the the previous covers because she has been a major part of Angel for the past four seasons (however i feel it should not have been just her and Angel, Wesley,Gunn and the others could have been used as well). However Spike has been on Angel for one season and is on the final season’s DVD while Wesley, Gunn, Fred and lorne are not. Spike may have been important to both shows but so were all the characters i named above and (for Buffy) Xander,Willow and Giles.
