I don’t think Tim Minear worked on "Buffy." He worked on the spin-off "Angel" (and on Joss Whedon’s third show "Firefly") but not on "Buffy." (He also worked on "The X-Files." At least three other writers went from "The X-Files" to "Buffy" or "Angel.")
