And what good has Spike done actually. He’s a manipulating stalker, in S5, S6 and S7.
He tried to kill everybody in Sunnydale in S6 by being the ’doctor’. He didn’t give a damn about Xander, Willow, Anya or Dawn. He fucked Anya the first time he could, and didn’t give a fucking damn about Xander’s feelings. Or Buffy’s. Everything he did was for his obsession: Buffy. Including the soul. He killed thirteen innocent girls, with his newly acquired soul. Getting a soul has it’s consequences, but Spike doesn’t give a damn about consequences.
