I don’t think it’s so much that nobody has thought about doing a Spike telemovie, or spinoff, as it is that those who have thought about it were afraid it would just be a repeat of Angel. Vampire with a soul, in love with a woman he cannot have, seeking redemption...etc.
Of course it can be very different, but I think the "suits" expect it would be the same...so it’s up to us to let them know what we want.
