In the press release for the UK VHS release of Angel Season 5, arriving 23rd August 2004, Fox Home Entertainment stated "Not available to buy on DVD until 2005"...so fans of the show have quite a wait ahead of them!

Wow, that was an amazing review.

DVD sets are usually released every 5 or 6 months, however, when it’s a new show it looks like they want to wait till a year after that season os over.
