Watch With Kristin - Chat Transcript Monday, November 3, 2003

Deanna asks: No question just comment. Angel rocked Wednesday night. Comedy, drama, GREAT! Kristin replies: ABSOLUTELY. To those of you who switched over to the O.C. — please don’t forget about Angel. It’s been better than ever...interesting tidbit for you though. A friend on the set tells me that David Boreanaz is on crutches now —he just had knee surgery. So he had to do most of his scenes sitting down. He’s taking it easy on the fight scenes, obviously, so this will mean work for his stunt double. Or, hmmm. we can only hope, more scenes of Angel getting horizontal.

happysmiles asks: You were right as usual Tru Calling was great! Any idea how it did in the ratings race? Kristin replies: Yay! So YOU"RE the one that watched it!! Sadly, the show was not competitive at all for Fox — they need to moooooo moooooo mooooove it to another timeslot, pronto!! Coming up, Tru’s bro, Harrison meets and falls in love with a woman that Tru knows is in worse trouble than he. Turns out the new g-friend has a nasty ex-husband and Tru has to stop Harrison from committing murder or getting killed.

thesmos00 asks: What will be Charisma’s role in her part on Angel? Kristin replies: They’re still figuring that out. As I said, it’s only one episode, sadly, and will likely be the 100th episode, which shoots at the end of the month.

park450 asks: Color me ten thousand kinds of surprised that Charisma is coming back to Angel. What did they offer her? Are you 100% sure? Kristin replies: I don’t know the background, but I do know that the WB is confirming she will be back for one episode. It looks like Sarah Michelle Gellar is a definite no, though.

gaelgirl asks: You haven’t said much about GG lately....so what’s the scoop? How about the O.C.? I love the O.C. Kristin replies: Oooooh. Great scoop, actually! Danny Strong, the adorkable love of my life from Buffy (he played Jonathon) has signed on for an episode of Gilmore Girls. He’s going to play Rory’s newspaper editor at Yale. Yep, our girl is all growed up and working for the school paper. Then, right after Danny, Milo returns for three episodes and optimum drool

candylady asks: More Angel! Kristin replies: Wes’s daddy (whom he hasn’t seen in ages) finally reappears. He’ll be played by Roy Dotrice and poor Wes is crushed to learn that he is not there to see his son, he is there to see Angel.
